VILLAGE OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br />Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day. of <br />January, 1973. The following members were present: _rTayor Warkentien, Council- <br />men Black, Stone and Councilwoman Stocker. The following members were absent: <br />Councilman Ecklund. <br />Councilman Stone introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 73-3 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PAYMENT TO DISPLAY <br />FIXTURES, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $23,720.00 <br />WHEREAS, Display Fixtures, Inc. 1966 Benson Avenue, was awarded the bid for <br />fixtures and plans at the Falcon Heights Mun~.cipal Liquor Store, at 1708 North <br />Snelling Avenue, Falcon Heights, Minnesota. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, By the Village Council of the Village <br />of Falcon Heights: That Display Fixtures, Inc., have completed the necessary work <br />on the Municipal Liquor Store and has submitted their bill for payment to the <br />Village of Falcon Heights;, in the amount of $23,720.00.. <br />• <br />$23,795.00 <br />88.00 <br />23, 3.00 <br />Deduct 75.00 <br />Deduct 88.00 <br />23,720.00 <br />Original Contract <br />New Cooler Door <br />Subtotal <br />Ice Cooler Installation <br />Cooler Door Replacement <br />Final Payment <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilman Black, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Stone and Councilwoman Stoeker, <br />and the following voted against: None.
