EXTRACT OF MIrIUTES OF r;EETING OF THE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA <br />• HELD : FEBRUARY £3, 19 73 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, <br />was duly called and held at the Village Mall in said Village on the <br />8th day of February, 1973, at 7:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present : Mayor TrTarkentien, <br />Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker. <br />RESOLUTION 73-5 <br />Councilman Ecklund introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION RERUESTING THE RAMSEY <br />COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS TO <br />TAKE AFFIRMATIVE ACTIOPd ON THE <br />"TOPICS" PROGRAM <br />The motion for the adoption of tY:e foregoing Resolution <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Black, and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, <br />Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker, and the <br />following voted against: None. <br />Whereupon, said Resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adapted. <br />~. <br />_-° , <br />WILLIS C.
