VILLAGE OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br />Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 28th day of <br />• June, 1973• <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black and <br />Ecklund and Councilwoman Stocker, and the following was absent: Councilman Stone. <br />Mayor Warkentien introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION # 73-16 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF THE FIRST <br />TWO QUARTERS DF-THE 1973 .REVENUE SHARING FUNDS, TO BE <br />USED FOR PUBLIC SAFETY <br />WHEREAS, The Vi11a~e of Falcon Heights is receiving Federal Revenue Sharing <br />Funds and must designate the expenditure of said funds to the Department of the <br />Treasury. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village <br />of Falcon Heights, that the Council authorizes the expenditure of the first two <br />quarters of 1973 Federal Revenue Sharing Funds for Public Safety. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilman Ecklund, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black and Ecklund, and Councilwoman <br />Stocker, and the following voted against the same: 1~Tone. <br />• Whereupon, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />-~ <br />WILLIS C.
