VILLAGE OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br />i Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the l2th day of <br />July, 1973. <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Stone, Councilmen Black <br />and Ecklund, and Councilwoman Stocker, and the following was absent: Mayor <br />Warkentien. <br />Acting Mayor Stone introduced the following Resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION # 73-19 <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID FOR THE 1973 SEAL COATING <br />PROJECT TO T. A. SCHIFSKY AND SONS IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$8,l~75 AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR APdD CLERK-ADf~fINISTRATOR <br />TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT <br />WHEREAS, The Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights has awarded <br />the contract for the 1973 Seal Coating Project to T. A. Schifsky and Sons, Inc., <br />2370 E. Highway 36, North St. Paul, Minnesota, in the amount of $8,l~75 for <br />alley maintenance. <br />NOW, THERFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village <br />of Falcon Heights, that the Mayor and the Clerk Administrator are authorized to. <br />execute the 1973 Seal Coating contract. <br />• The motior_ for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilman Black, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: Acting Mayor Stone, Councilmen Black and Ecklund, and <br />Councilwoman Stocker, and the following voted against the same: None. <br />Whereupon, the Resolution was declared. duly passed and adopted. <br />~~ <br />Gl-1`~ <br />CHARLES P.
