VILLAGE OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br />Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of <br />July, 19 73 . <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black and <br />Ecklund and Stone, and .Councilwoman Stocker, and the following were absent: <br />None, <br />Councilman Ecklund introduced the following Resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTI OrJ # 73 -20 <br />A RESOLilTION AUTHORIZING THE FALCO'V HEIGHTS VOLUNTEER FIRE <br />DEPART?•'~NT TO PURCF~ASE: 1~, 2~, and ~ INCH FIRE .HOSE, TWO <br />l~ I?~1CH NOZZLES, TWO 2~ INCH AUTOMATIC AJOZZLES, ONE 150 <br />FOOT ELECTRIC CORD WITH REEL, ONE 10 FOOT FOLDING ATTIC <br />LADDER, ONE 1!~ FOOT FOLDING ROOF LADDER WITH FOLDING HOOKS, <br />AND CONTRACTUAL CHANGES ON THE FIRE CHIEF BODY AMOUNTING TO <br />$300.00, .MAKING A TOTAL COST OF $I~;3~.~3.00.- <br />Wf~ER.EAS, The Falcon Heights Volunteer Fire Department was authorized to <br />purchase a Fire Truck Chassis and Motor Fire Apparatus on June 8, 1972, and <br />WHEREAS, the above equipment will be used on the new fire truck. <br />I~TOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Villager <br />• of Falcon Heights, that the Falcon Heights Volunteer Fire Department is authorized <br />to purchase the equipment. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilman Stone, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following-voted" <br />in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, and Stone, and <br />Councilwoman Stocker, and the following voted against the same: None. <br />Whereupon, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />~~ <br />LLIS C.
