DILLAGE OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due ca11`and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Dillage <br />Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 23rd day of <br />August, 1973. <br />The following members were present: Mayer Warkentien, Councilmen. Black, <br />Ecklund, and Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker, and the following were absent:' <br />None. <br />Councilman Stone introduced the following .Resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 73-22 <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS <br />TO BE RECEIVED FROM JULY 1, 1973 THROUGH JUNE 30, 1971, IN <br />THE AMOUNT OF $22,773, TO BE USED FOR PUBLIC SAFETY <br />WHEREAS, The Dillage of Falcon Heights is receiving Federal Revenue Sharing <br />Funds and must designate the expenditure of said funds to the Department of the <br />Treasury. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLDED, by the Village Council of the Dillage <br />of Falcon Heights, that the Council authorized the expenditure of the Federal <br />Revenue Sharing Funds to be received through June 30, 1971.x, to be utilized for <br />Public Saf ety. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilman Black, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />• favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, and Stone, and <br />Councilwoman Stocker, and the following voted against the same: None. <br />Whereupon, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />_.ze.e~ ~ - ~ - ___ <br />WILLIS C.
