~~ • w RE90LUTION 73-25 AND ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL S ~gg~,, it appears to the Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota that certain streets or roads hereinafter described which are present- ly designated as Municipal State Aid Streets under the provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1967, Chapter 162 and WHExEAS, it appears to the Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota that certain streets or roads hereinafter described should be designa- ted as Municipal State Aid Streets under the provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1967, Chapter 162: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights that the streets and/or roads described as follows, to-wit: MSA St. No. Street From To 103 Idaho Ave, Snelling Ave. Hemline Ave. be, and hereby is removed and revoked from the designated Municipal State Aid Street system of said Village, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights that the street or road described as follows, to-wit: Highways of the State of Minnesota, MSA St. No. Street From To 105 Garden Ave. Snelling Ave. Hemline Ave. be, and hereby i~ established, e; located, and designated Municipal State Aid Street of said Village, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota.
