a <br />VILLAGE OF FALCON HEIGHT S <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,. a special meeting of the <br />• 4i11age Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on <br />the Est day of November, 1973. The following members were present: <br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund and Stone, and Councilwoman <br />Stocker. The following were absent: None. <br />Councilman Stone introduced the following Resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #73-30 <br />RESOLUTION CALLING FOR AN ELECTION ON THE ISSUANCE <br />OF ON~ALE LIQUOR LSCENSES <br />Be it resolved by the Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, <br />' Minnesota, as follows:. <br />1. A petition has been presented to the Village Council, requesting <br />a special election on the question of granting on-sale liquor licenses <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 310.353, the Split-Liquor .Statute. <br />2. Said Petition contains the requisite number of signatures and <br />is in accord with Minnesota Statutes 205.08, dealing with special Village <br />elections. <br />3. The Clerk-Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to post <br />and publish according to law a Notice of Election, and to prepare ballots <br />for use at said election which Notice and ballots shall be in substantially <br />the following form:. <br />
