VILLAGE OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br />• Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 8th day of <br />November, 1973. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen ..Black, <br />Ecklund, and Stone, and Councilw oman Stocker, and the following were absent: <br />None. <br />Councilman Ecklund introduced the following Resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #73-31 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT TO BAN PARKING <br />ON HAMLINE AVENUE FROM 1x60 FEET SOUTH OF LARPENTEUR <br />AVENtTE TO 1~1~3 FEET NORTH OF LARPENTEUR AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, these parking bans are necessitated by the changes in the initial <br />proposals adopted by the Dillage of Falcon Heights and the County of Ramsey for <br />the TOPIGS improvements at this intersection and <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Highway Department has requested a resolution <br />from the Village of Falcon Heights approving the "No Parking" designations. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Village Oouncil of the <br />Village of Falcon Heights, that it sees no alternative but to approve the <br />recommendations of the Ramsey County Highway Department to ban parking on <br />Hamline Avenue from 1160 feet south of Larpenteur Avenue to 1~It3 feet north of <br />Larpenteur Avenue. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was seconded by <br />Councilwoman Stocker, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: Councilmen Black, Ecklund, and Stone, and Councilwoman <br />Stocker.
