VILLAGE OF FAL(~N HEIGHTS <br />..Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br />Council of the Village of F~1con Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day <br />• of December, 1973• <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen B1aek, . <br />Ecklund, and Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker, and the following were absent: <br />None. <br />Councilman Stone introduced the following Resolution and moved its <br />adoption:'' <br />RESOLUTION #73-32 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PAYMENT TO T. A. <br />SCHIFSRY AND SONS, INC. FOR THE 1973 SEALCOATING <br />PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT OF $6 Ob.03. <br />WIiEREAS, The Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights ;awarded the <br />bid ~'or the 1973 Sealcoating Pro3ect to T. A. Schifsky and Sons, Inc., 2370 <br />E. Hgh~ay 36, North St. Paul, Minnesota, in the amount of $8,?~75.00 for <br />alley maintenance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Falcon Heights, that the 1973 Sealcoating Project -alley maintenance <br />has been satisfact6rily completed, and the Council authorizes final payment <br />to be made in the amount of $606.03.. . <br />• The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution Was duly seconded. <br />by Councilman Ecklund, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the folloWi.ng voted <br />in favor thereof: Mayor T~arkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, and Stone, and <br />Councilwoman Stocker, and the following voted against the same: None. <br />Whereupon, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />f° . <br />I` 1 <br />,~ <br />WILLIS C.
