PILLAGE OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />L J <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of-the Pillage <br />Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day of <br />December, 1973• <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, <br />Ecklund, and Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker, and the following was absent: <br />None. <br />Councilman Black introduced the following Resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #73-36 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE CANPASSING <br />BOARD MEETING OF DECEMBER b, 1973, DECLARING THE SPLIT <br />LIQUOR ISSUE DULY PASSED <br />r1 <br />U <br />WHEREAS, the annual Village election was held on December 1.~, 1973, in <br />the Village of Falcon Heights. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Falcon Heights, that the. liquor issue was duly passed by a majority <br />vote 'of the electors of the V111age of Falcon Heights. <br />The motion for the adoption of the fore-gaittg Resolution was duly seconded <br />b9 Councilwoman Stocker, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, and Stone, and <br />Councilwoman Stocker, and. the following noted against the same: None. <br />Whereupon, the Resolution was <br />declared duly passed and adopted. <br />.~ ~ f <br />~~ <br />WILLIS C.
