CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of <br />January, 1974. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien. Councilmen Black, <br />~_und, and Steele <br />we re <br />Mayor Warkentien ,introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />' RESOLUTION #71~- 2 <br />A RESOI.i1TI.0~t DESIGNATIDIC: THE (IPT'ICiAL DEPOSITORY <br />FOR THE LIQUOR FUNDS OF THE CITY-OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />WHEREAS, The City of Falcon Heights does not have a bank within its <br />boundaries and in the past has designated the Roseville Bank of Roseville, <br />Minnesota as its depository for the funds of the City of Falcon Heights. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br />of Faleon Heights: That the Roseville State Bank be designated as depository <br />for the liquor funds of the City-of Falcon Heights and the City Treasurer is <br />authorized to deposit liquor funds therein. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That collateral shall be furnished by the Roseville <br />.
