CITY OF FALCON HEIQ~3TS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of <br />January, 197t~. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, <br />_~cklund. and Steele -- <br />and the following were absent : Counci 1 ~n Sto -ken , <br />Mayor Warkentien introduced the following Resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOI~tTPION #7~- ~ <br />A NESOLLITSON BEGAId7ING THE SAFETY DEPOSIT BOR AT <br />THE NORTH STAR STATE BANK <br />WfiEREAS, the` E3ity :of :Falcon Heights leases a safety deposit box at the <br />North Star State Batik, 1820 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Falcon Heights that the continued leasing of a safety deposit box in the Safe <br />Deposit Vaults of the North star State Bank, Roseville Minnesota, be authorized <br />and confirmed for the calendar year of 1974, and <br />BE IT FtTRTHER RE90LVED, that authority to have access to said safety deposit <br />box until the first day of January, 1975, and to remove any part or all of the <br />• contents, is hereby given to the following: <br />Willis C. A. Warkentien, Mayor, City of Falcon Heights <br />William H. Black, Acting Mayor, City of Falcon Heights <br />Dewan B. Barnes, Clerk Administrator, City of Falcon Heights <br />Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was seconded by <br />Councilman Steele and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Hcklund <br />and Steele. Councilwoman Stocker was absent <br />:And the folla~:~ voted again$t the same: None. . <br />Whereupon, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adapted. <br />WILL S C. A.
