FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council <br />of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 21st day of January, 197lt. <br />`~ <br />The followi members Were present. _ _ <br />yn rk ~,n i ~n ~ rn i l m en E~~k ~ <br />Erklnnd And St eel A~ and Gennci l wmnan .n .k .r , A~ the following <br />were absent: N~nA . <br />~rnmnilman Rlank , introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #71t-6 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ENDORSEMENT OF ANY MONETARY <br />OR LEGAL DOCUMENTS ISSUED BY THE FIRST RATIONAL BANK <br />OF ST. PAUL, BY THE MAYOR, THE ACTING MAYOR OR THE <br />CLERK-ADMINISTRATOR <br />WHEREAS, At~y Certificate of Deposit heretofore, concurrently herewith, or <br />hereafter issued by the First National Bank of St. Paul to the City of Falcon <br />Heights may be paid by said Bank to the City of Falcon Heights, in such manner <br />as mad be specified after endorsement by an officer of said City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the following officers of the <br />City of Falcon Heights are hereby authorized to endorse arty nor;eta~ or legal <br />documents issued by the First National Bank of St. Paul: <br />Willis C. A. Warkentien, Mayor of the City of Falcon Heights <br />• William H. Black, Acting Mayor of the City of Falcon Heights <br />Dewan B. Barnes, Clerk-Administrator -Treasurer of the t3~ty of <br />Falcon Heights <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded <br />by May,~Y„Jpjg~Qrrtien ,and anon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof : kla~ror Warkentien.
