<br />.Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Cotascil
<br />of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 23rd day of May, 1974.
<br />The following members were present: Mayor Wank entien, Councilmen Blaek, Ecklund,
<br />and Steele, and Councilwoman Stocker, and the following were absent: None.
<br />Councilman Steele introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:

<br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID FOR THE PARK IMPROVEMENT
<br />AT THE PROPOSED COMMUNITY PARK TO ROBERT 0. WESTLUND,
<br />PART A IN THE AMOUNT OF $32,908.00, and PART B,
<br />ALTERNATE #1, IN THE AMOUNT OF $2l~,96O.00
<br />WHEREAS, the following tabulations of Bids were received:

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
<br />• Falcon Heights, that the City accept the low bid of Robert 0. Westland, Part
<br />A in .the amount of $32,908,00 and Part B alternate #1 in the amount of $21.,960.00,
<br />Part C to be deleted at this time at the recommendation of the City Engineer,
<br />and the Mayor and Clerk-Admitsi~trator are hereby authariaed d directed to
<br />enter into a contract with Robert 0. Westland.
<br />The motion for the adoption~of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
<br />by Councilwoman Stocker, and'upon a vote being taken they®on, the following
<br />voted in favor thereof : Mayor Warkerrtien, Counci].nsen Black, Ecklund, and
<br />Steele, and Councilwoman Stocker, and the following voted against the same: None.
<br />Whereupon, the Resolution was declared duly passed and ad ed.
