f; `" " ~ ~~ CITY OF FALCON HEIt~iTS Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Faleon Heights, Minnesota, was held on-the 26th day of September, 197?. The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Fcklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following was absent: None. Mayor Warkentien introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RE90LUTION #74-21 A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A SPECIAL ELECTION WHEREAS, the proposition of authorizing an ordinance for the sale of intoxicating liquor "on=sale" in hotels and restaurants on Sundays shall be submitted to the qualified electors of the City at a special election to be held on November 5, 19711. Said election shall be between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 8:00 P.M. The polling places shall be the previously designated polling places within the City of Falcon HerLghts, Minnesota. Nom,`":!'THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights: The Clerk-Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to post and publish according to law a Notice of Election, and to prepare ballots for use at said election, which Notice and ballot shall be in substantially the attached form. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Steele, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, and Steele, and the following voted against the same: None.
