• <br />NO. 03-03 <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />COUNCIL RESOLUTION <br />Date: February 12, 2003 <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN RELATING TO THE <br />SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SNELLING AND LARPENTEUR AVENUES <br />WHEREAS, the Falcon Heights Comprehensive Plan addresses plan elements <br />for the City's Commercial/Business areas, including the Snelling/Larpenteur <br />Commercial Core; and <br />WHEREAS, it is appropriate to amend this section of the Comprehensive Plan <br />and the Land Use Plan Map in order to allow mixed residential/commercial use at the <br />• Southeast corner of Snelling and Larpenteur Avenues; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, following its public hearing, unanimously <br />recommended amending the Comprehensive Plan, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Land Use Plan Map, Figure 8 of the Comprehensive Plan, is amended by <br />designating the following described property at the Southeast corner of Snelling and <br />Larpenteur Avenues to Mixed Use, "MU": <br />PARCEL 1 <br />Tracts A through K, Registered Land Survey No. 94. <br />(Torrens Property) <br />PARCEL 2 <br />Tract A, except the North 38.33 feet of the West 70 feet thereof and except <br />the South 51.67 feet of the North 90 feet of the West 73 feet of Tract A, <br />Registered Land Survey No. 2. <br />• (Torrens Property) <br />
