• <br />No: 2005-08 <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />COUNCIL RESOLUTION <br />Date: June 8, 2005 <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID FOR A NEW FIRE DEPARTMENT PUMPER <br />WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights is interested in preserving the public safety through the <br />use of appropriate fire equipment; <br />WHEREAS, the City allocated capital funds for the replacement of the 1978 pumper truck in <br />2005; <br />WHEREAS, Custom Fire Apparatus, Inc., is the low bid received at $283,980; <br />• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Falcon Heights awards <br />• <br />the bid supplying one fire pumper, per specifications issued by the City on March 9, 2005, <br />to Custom Fire Apparatus, Inc., for $283,980. <br />Moved by: Lamb Approved by: „~,~,4a.n <br />Susan L.
