• <br />• <br />-~ <br />1. Call for Service means aComputer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) incident number that <br />originates from a 911 call. <br />2. Ten-year term (ending December 31, 2016). <br />3. First two years' costs based on the cost allocation sheets handed out at the September <br />1, 2005, meeting with Ramsey County municipalities. <br />4. Thereafter, rolling three-year average based on 60% on the levy and 40% on Calls for <br />Service. <br />5. 911 fees split 60% on the levy and 40% on Calls for Service <br />And Be It Further <br />RESOLVED, the Falcon Heights City Council intends to consolidate its dispatch services <br />with Ramsey County provided that: <br />A. An acceptable agreement, that includes call definition, can be negotiated; <br />B. A dispatching protocol acceptable to the City of Falcon Heights is established; and <br />C. If agreement terms and dispatching protocols cannot be agreed to, the City of Falcon <br />Heights will reconsider its position. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Moved by: Lamb Approved by: <br />Susan L.
