• <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />RESOLUTION NO. OS-24 <br />December 14, 2005 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT ON ROSELAWN AVENUE <br />RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT AND ORDERING PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Falcon Heights as follows: <br />By resolution adopted September 28, 2005, the Council directed the City Engineer to <br />prepare preliminary reports as to the feasibility of the proposed improvements: <br />Roselawn Avenue Reconstruction (between Snelling and Hamline Avenue) <br />• <br />2. The City Engineer was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the <br />proposed improvements. The preliminary report and cost estimates have been submitted <br />and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in <br />the office of the City Administrator. The improvements proposed to be made in the general <br />manner set forth in the report are designated as Roselawn Avenue Reconstruction. <br />3. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2077 West Larpenteur Avenue, in said City, on <br />January 11, 2006, at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed <br />improvements under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and <br />the Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place, and <br />purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Roseville Review, <br />which publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than <br />three days before the date of the hearing. <br />4. The notice shall be in substantially the following form: (see attachments). <br />5. The general nature, estimated cost and area proposed to be assessed for Roselawn Avenue <br />Reconstruction are determined to be as stated in the foregoing notice, as fully as though the <br />same were separately set forth and resolved herein. <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Administrator of the City of Falcon <br />Heights, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared <br />the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of said City Council held on <br />the 14th day of December, 2005, with the original thereof on file in my office. <br />WITNESS MY HAND officially as such Administrator this 14th day of December, 2005. <br />Moved by: /mar/6rt Approved: J, <br />Susan L.
