EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING • OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Wednesday, February 8, 2006 at 7:00 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Gehrz, Council members Kuettel, Lindstrom, Talbot, and Harris. Mayor Gehrz introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 06-03 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE RECONSTRUCTION OF ROSELAWN AVENUE WHEREAS, the City Council of Falcon Heights received the Feasibility report on December 14, 2005 and ordered a public hearing for the reconstruction of Roselawn • Avenue between Snelling Avenue and Hamline Avenue, and; WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on January 25, 2006, to consider the proposed reconstruction of Roselawn Avenue, consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances on all that property abutting: PID Address 0152923320047 1910 Snellin Avenue 0152923310045 1444 Roselawn Avenue 0152923310002 1912 Sheldon Avenue 0152923310010 1913 Sheldon Avenue as described in the Notice of Hearings at a cost presently estimated at $1,131,996.54 and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Administrator; at which all persons desiring to be • heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and having considered the views of all interested persons, the Council does hereby determine and order that said
