CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br /> <br />COUNCIL RESOLUTION <br />No: 06-10 <br />Apri112, 2006 <br />AWARDING BIDS FOR 2006 CONTRACT C AND ORDERING <br />IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvement, according to the <br />plans and specifications thereof on file in the office of the Manager of the City of <br />Roseville, said bids were received on Wednesday, Apri15, 2006, at 9:00 a.m., opened and <br />tabulated according to law and the following bids were received complying with the <br />advertisement: <br />BIDDER AMOUNT <br />Hardrives, Inc. $736,217.92 <br />Midwest As halt, Inc. $821,238.14 <br />North Valle ,Inc $887,033.18 <br />T.A. Schifsk and Sons, Inc. $899,720.19 <br />• <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Hardrives, Inc. of Rogers, Minnesota, is the lowest <br />responsible bidder at the tabulated price of $837,872.05 and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon <br />Heights, Minnesota: <br />1. That we approve the inclusion of City of Falcon Heights maintenance projects as <br />apart of this comprehensive maintenance contract. These projects are; St. Mary's <br />Street reconstruction, Ties Sidewalk replacement, and sidewalk and curb <br />replacement at a cost of $52,492.93. <br />2.
