RESOLUTION 2006-12 <br />MINNESOTA TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT TRAFFIC CONTROL <br />SIGNAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br />DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, CITY OF ROSEVILLE AND CITY OF <br />FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Apri126, 2006 <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Falcon Heights enters into an agreement with the <br />State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation (MNDOT) for the following purposes: <br />• Install an Emergency Vehicle Pre-emption System at the existing Traffic <br />Control Signal on Truck Highway No. 51 at Roselawn Avenue in <br />accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in <br />Agreement No. 89562M. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers be and hereby are <br />authorized to execute such agreement and any amendments, and thereby assume for and <br />on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained herein. <br />• <br />Moved by: ~ d 5 A roved b v,~t,y ~ , <br />rr y <br />Susan L.
