• <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 06-15 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THE <br />APPROVAL OF A VARIANCE REQUEST FOR TWO FEET <br />ADDITIONAL HEIGHT FOR A PRIVACY FENCE <br />AT 1729 SNELLING AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, on May 23, 2006 the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing regarding <br />the request of Tim and Geri Thomas for a Variance from Section 9-2.06, subdivision l .f.4 of the Falcon <br />Heights Zoning Ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission approved a variance for 1729 Snelling Ave; <br />• <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, based on the attached Findings of Fact and <br />Recommendation, the City Council approves the request of Tim and Geri Thomas for a variance from <br />Section 9-2.06, subdivision l .f.4 of the Falcon Heights Zoning Ordinance. <br />ADOPTED this 14~' day of June, 2006, by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, <br />Minnesota. <br />Moved by: •°~dl,~bG~~ Approved by: <br />Susan L.
