• CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />RESOLUTION 2006-16 <br />Resolution adopting a Cooperative Construction Agreement between the City of Falcon <br />Heights and Capital Region Watershed District <br />WHEREAS, in late 2001, staff began discussions with Ramsey County, Capitol Region <br />Watershed District, and the cities of Saint Paul and Roseville about the Como Lake Sub- <br />watershed 7 drainage areas; <br />WHEREAS the parties agreed, preliminarily, to work together on a hydrological investigation of <br />the Sub-watershed 7 area; <br />WHEREAS Phase I was determined as Arlington & Nebraska infiltration trenches, seven rain <br />gardens, and a pond near Hamline and Midway Parkway, and Phase II as expansion of a pond on <br />Como golf course and an underground storage facility near Arlington and Hamline; <br />WHEREAS a construction agreement has been written to detail the terms and responsibilities of <br />this cooperative project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, Capital Region Watershed District will pay for 50% <br />of this project and the City of Falcon Heights will pay 11.15% plus 10% for construction <br />• observation and engineering for a total not to exceed $109,521.50. <br />Moved by: xu e t t e 1 Ap roved b ~_ .,~ : ~, <br />P Y <br />Susan L.
