Desired capabilities for the system include: radio and CD play; <br />announcing, and interior and exterior speakers with separate volume controls. Two <br />proposals have been received from audio/video system design companies. A third <br />option includes a comparable system of components available for purchase through <br />mail order companies. These proposals will be available for review and consideration <br />by the commission. <br />
