Common <br />violations include dogs in the parks (often unleashed) and <br />alcohol in the parks. <br />The city's police service, St. Anthony Police Dept., has <br />informed staff of the willingness by the department to issue a <br />written warning tag to violators. The commission might want to <br />consider this practice as a method of enforcement and further <br />consider what violations should result in a warning tag be <br />issued. <br />The commission might want to discuss other ideas or options <br />regarding the enforcement of violations and other nuisance <br />behaviors in the parks. <br />
