Install a public phone in a well lighted location by the driveway. <br />If problems re-surface, remove the phone. <br />Access from the driveway may increase inappropriate behavior around <br />the phone because it is more accessible. If it does, the phone can be <br />removed. This approach puts the neighborhood at a slight risk if there <br />is more inappropriate behavior.
