CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION 83-4 <br />• A RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO THE SUBDIVISION OF THE CHARLES <br />HAWKINS ESTATE PROPERTY <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights has formally been <br />peitioned by the Charles Hawkins Estate to subdivide certain property which is <br />owned by the Estate, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council referred said petition to the Planning Commission <br />for consideration and recommendations, <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Planning Commission recommend to the City Council that <br />the following described land be subdivided: <br />Unplatted Lands - Ex E 123 ft of N 246.29. ft of S 708.29 ft & Ex <br />S 462 ft & Ex N 693 ft: the W 346.5 ft Mot of E 1914 ft of SW <br />1/4 also Ex SD N 693 ft: the N 20 of Fol: The W 20 acres of E 1/2 <br />of SW 1/4 & E 15 acres of W 1/2 of SW 1/4 (subj to esmts) in Section <br />16, Township 29, Range 23, <br />and the north tract shall be as follows: <br />That part of the following described property lying south of <br />Falcon Woods No. 2; The North 20 acres of-that certain 35 acre <br />strip or tract of land described as the West 20 acres of the East <br />half of the Southwest quarter and the East 15 acres of-the West <br />• half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 29, Range 23, <br />and the 21 acres East of the West 44 acres of the West half of the <br />Southwest Quarter of Section l6, Township 29, Range 23, except the <br />South 462 feet thereof: <br />and lying north of the north line of, and the westerly extension <br />of said north line of the following described parcel of land: <br />The South 15 acres of the parcel. of land which consists of the <br />West 20 acres. of the East half of the Southwest Quarter and the <br />East 15 acres of the West half of the Southwest Quarter, all in <br />Section 16, Township 29, Range 23, except that part of the South <br />765 feet of said South 15 acres which lies-East of the West 60 <br />feet of said South 765 feet, subject to rights of the public in <br />County Road A (Larpenteur Avenue) and subject also to cartway <br />easement upon theEast 33 feet thereof. <br />All above in Section 16, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, and <br />and the south tract shall be as follows: <br />That part of the 21 acres East of the West 44 acres of the West half <br />of the Southwest Quarter of Section l6, Township 29, Range 23, except <br />the South 462 feet thereof: <br />• and lying south of the north Line of, and the westerly extension of <br />said north line of th.e following described parcel of land: <br />The South 15 acres of the parcel of land which consists of the West <br />
