CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION 83-5 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THE FALCON HEIGHTS <br />CITY COUNCIL ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH <br />CITY PLANNING CONSULTANT, CARL DALE, TO <br />COMPLETE THE UP-DATING OF THE FALCON HEIGHTS <br />ZONING ORDINANCE <br />WHEREAS, the Falcon Heights Planning Commission has reviewed,- <br />and recommended to the City Council changes for-all residential districts <br />of Ordinance No. 64 and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission requests the City Council to <br />consider entering into an agreement with. City Planning Consultant,-Carl <br />Dale, to complete the up-dating of the balance of the Zoning Ordinance <br />No. 64. <br />Major points which need to be addressed are as follows: <br />(a) Zoning applicable to University land to enable <br />Falcon Heights to maintain control of land use <br />in the event land was sold <br />(b) Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br />(c) Updating remainder of Ordinance No. 64, including <br />amendments to ascertain content is within current <br />State 'Statute, and current. and future needs <br />Upon a vote being taken the above resolution was adopted <br />unanimously. <br />n <br />~~7~~ /. <br />G~Z Z'~ ',~'r ~-° <br />Alan Stefanson, airman <br />ATTEST: <br />V" , <br />ry W llin, Secretary <br />
