MINUTES
REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
• JANUARY 5, 1981
PAGE 2
list of recommendations and impressions at perhaps the March meeting.
Sandy Larson reported that the efforts by the person who received a condi-
tional use permit to sell Christmas, Trees in December of 1980 conducted his
operation in an appropriate manner which has not generated unusual complaints.
The Fire Marshall had one grave concern however, that being that Christmas
Trees were stored in the owner's garage. The Fire Marshall felt that con-
stituted a considerable fire hazard. Sandy Larson recommended therefore,
that in the future, when the Planning Commission recommends approval for a
conditional use permit for the purpose of Christmas Tree sales on R-1
property that one of the conditions be storage of the trees in a manner
that would alleviate such afire hazard.
There being. no further business to come before the Commission, upon a
motion duly made and seconded, which was unanimously approved, the meeting
was adjourned.
Respectfully submitted,
~~~-~"~,
J rry W 1 in, Secretary
•
•
