Black reopened the public hearing and reviewed the suggestions CHANGES made by Carroll as well as Carol Carl son's proposed amendments. TO The Public Hearing was closed at 8:46 P.M. The Commission discussed the Light Rail Transit Plan for Ramsey LIGHT County and encouraged as many members as could to attend the Septemb~x RAIL 12th evening meeting.
