The sign would be
erected by members of the Bahai faith and apparently wou ld
not be illuminated.
Ordinance 64, .Section 14.1, provides that signs
:are a permitted accessory use in all use districts but
they are subject to the regulations set forth in Section
14.
Section 14.1(2) through Section 14.1(2.6) set forth
the regulations applicable to sign regulations in all resi-
dential districts. Essentially the only signs that are
permitted in residential districts are:
1. A nameplate indicating the name and/or
address of the occupant;
2. Nameplates for apartments or multiple
dwellings which indicate the names of the
buildings or project or may be a directory
for occupants;
3. Signs erected by churches, schools, or
other institutions on their property;
