Ro11 Ca11: Ay®s (5) Nays (0) Subdivision: Glenn Martin 3263 Sandeen Road at 1765 Fairview Ave. No-Build Area Glenn Martin, 3263 Sandeen Road, had submitted a request to subdivide the lot fron°ting on 1765 Fairview Avenue, in order to build a home on the west end of the lot, fronting on Lindig Street, a portion of said lot being in the ";3~0- t~i~.ld" section of Falcon Heights . This matter was .brought before the Council on T~tarch 11, 1976, at which time Resolution No. 76-8 was adopted stipulating the conditions to be met by Mr. rTartin before a building permit could. b® issued. The Commission discussed the problem of surface water drainage with Pair. Martin. Mel°nber Yonan asked if it would be necessary to install drain tile. I~Ir. Martin replied that it Vrould not, because the groblem was with surface water drainage. Mt~rioer Schti~~antes was concerned with ~ the elevation of the sewer line. I~7r. Martin said. this had been checked with the City Engineer.
