<br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
<br />Notice is hereby given by the City Council of the City of
<br />Falcon Heights at the City. Ha11, 16l~t~ W, Larpenteur Avenue,
<br />Falcon Heights, Minnesota, that a public hearing will be con-
<br />ducted by the City Planning Commission on June 2~, 197., at
<br />7x30 P.M., and that a public hearing will be conducted on July
<br />1, 197t~, at 8 :00 P.M. , by the City Council, for the purpose of
<br />considering the application of Alfred Hermes, to amend the
<br />City zoning ordinance No. 6l~, as amended, to rezone certain
<br />R-1, R-2, and B-1-A property to R-3, incorporated within the
<br />following described property:
<br />'The South l5 acres of that certain 35 acre tract of land
<br />described as the .West 20 acres of the East ~ of the SW
<br />and the East 15 acres of the West ~ of the SW ~ of
<br />Section 16, T29, R23: excepting therefrom the following
<br />` property: Beginning on South line of Section 16, T29,
<br />~3, at a point 131 feet west of the SE ~ 1y corner of
<br />Westerly 20 acres of Easterly ~ of 5W ~ of said Section,

<br />Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the
