<br />"' ~ may not be reconstructed if the structure is destroyed <br />to an extetzt greater than 50~ of its val~.ze; <br />WHEREAS, the proposed purchaser of the Lindig green- <br />house desires an assurance that if any of the conditions <br />set forth in Section 1a.3 (5) of Ordinance 6t~ occur at <br />some time in the future, the Village Counci_1 will allow <br />the structure to be rebuilt, thus re-establishing a <br />non-conforming use in the "R-3'' district. <br />N(7W, THERF'FORE, it is hereby resolved by the Village <br />Council of the Falcon Heights as follows: <br />1. In the event that at some future time, any of <br />the condit~_ons set forth in Section ~.3 (5) <br />of the Ordinance b]~ occur to what is now the <br />Linclig greenhouse, the Village Council of <br />Falcon Heights notr gives every reasonable <br />assurance that favorable consideration will be <br />given to the buyer o.f said property in his <br />application for a conditional use permit, so <br />that the business may be continued to the same <br />extent as prior to the destruction of the <br />premises. <br />T2-ie motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilman Black and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the _following voted in favor thereof : Mayor <br />ti~Jarkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, and Councilwoman <br />,.Mocker, and the following voted against: Councilman Stone. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
