I feel <br />that seven foot fence is not unreasonable since the top foot is a <br />decorative red stringer which improves the looks of the six foot base <br />and also can be removed if ever objectionable to any adjacent owner. <br />present owner of Sheldon lot at rear of 1870 N Albert Roger Wald <br />is agreeable to the fence size and construction.
