Section 1l~.1 (l~.5) requires a conditional use <br />permit. <br />A.1.so, the Robert Hall application requires a variance, as the <br />added sign on the same standard puts the total over 100 square <br />feet, which is prohibited by Section ].lt.l (l~.l) of Ordinance 6l~. <br />Perhaps these can be handled without a great deal of discussion. <br />These people are anxious to go ahead soon, and I would certainly <br />appreciate being able to finally consider this at the council <br />meeting on December Ili, 1966. <br />Yours truly, <br />~` <br />William H.
