Rubinger were present to explain their plans <br />for an 120 unit apartment complex to be built on the Itillmer propertiest <br />They are requesting a conditional use permit for R_3 on B-T„-:~ zoned property. <br />It was noted that tu~o parking spaces are within the ~0~ front yard set- <br />back, and gnat theie were ;taarking spaces in front of each of the entrance <br />~aoorways to the bu~.ldingG. The three men agreed ti~.t ti~.eJ•- could eliminate <br />these six parking spaces ar_c? stir have a 1.68 ratio to the nuTnber of a~artmen-ts. <br />The plan presented showed a swi;nr,~ii~g pool between ti-.e t,r:o apartirient buildings. <br />It was pointed out that section 8.2 (4) o#' the orotirance requires that such <br />a pool be fenced. It was €sgreed that this could be done by fenciri~, tine s~:ace <br />between the `buildings so that file on7.;~r access to tine ~~ool would be from <br />the buildings. <br />It evas move+a by Per. Hindermann, anti passed tri€it tue <br />Planning Commission recommend to the Village Council that the conditional <br />use :L or the R-~:; structure be granted and that the conditional us:e f'or the <br />swimming pool be gra~~ted. The Planning Commission further recomme~idea that <br />consideration be given to the building ci t~se garages •~itrr compatible matez•ial <br />to that of the main buildings.
