NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission <br />of the Village of Falcon Heights will hold a public hearing <br />at 7:30 P.M. September 15, 1965 and that the Village Council <br />of the Village of Falcon Heights will hold a public hearing <br />at 8:00 P.M. September 22, 1965, at the Village Hall, 16~+~+ <br />West Larpenteur Avenue, to consider the application to rezone <br />the following described property from R-1 to B-lA classifi- <br />cation: <br />The North 373.35 feet of the East x+66.69 <br />feet of the SEA of the SEA of Section 17, <br />T 29, R 23 (also Down as 1705 N.
