SULLIVAN
Enclosed herewith is the petition and application
of Albert A. Bilski to rezone his property. This property
is adjacent to that owned by B. V, and Ida S. Marschke.
No petition has been received on behalf of George H.
and Alice Gibbs, 1689 N. Cleveland. It is our under-
standing that the consent which they had originally filed
on the rezoning of the Marschke property has since been
withdrawn orally. '
Under the provisions of Ordinance No. 61, Sec. 16,
the Council has referred this application to the planning
commission for its review. It is necessary to have
published and mailed notice not less than 10 days, nor
more than 30 days prior to the public hearing before the
planning commission.
It is my suggestion that the planning commission set
a date for public hearing and this office will make
arrangements for published notice and mailed notice.
The legal newspaper of the Village is published on
each Wednesday. The deadline for publication material is
each Friday. It is my suggestion that you set the public
hearing for the week of September 6 which will give us an
opportunity to publish on August 25 or September 1.
