In addition, paragraph 16.6, <br />subd. 2 requires mailed notice of said public <br />hearing not less than 10 days prior to the <br />hearing to all owners of property within 300 ft. <br />of the subject property. The petitioner is re- <br />quired to furnish a certificate of ownership <br />of the property owners within 300 ft. and it is <br />our understanding Mr. Marschke has requested <br />that such a certificate be prepared by the <br />St. Paul Abstract Company and will be forwarded <br />to the Village Clerk=s office. <br />After the deliberations of the Planning <br />Commission it is to make its recommendation to <br />fhe Council. The Council is then also r°equired <br />to hold a public hearing. <br />I am enclosing a form of notice for your <br />review and comments. The legal newspaper is <br />published each Wednesday and the publication <br />deadline is Friday. Since 10 days .notice is re- <br />quired, it would appear that the earliest we could <br />publish would be June 16th and the hearing could <br />be held any time between June 28th and July 16th. <br />After you have checked with your committee please <br />call me and advise me as to the most convenient <br />da'o~so arrangements can be made for publication. <br />I am also enclosing Part 2 of the Falcon Heights <br />Land Use and Zoning Report.
