The garage ~rould eante,3n about 2500 sq. fast. <br />The ordinance permits accessory buildings provided they do not exceed <br />750 sq. ft. Mr. Black told the Cc~miasion that Mr. Colin ~I7.exander mho lives on the <br />nortkt sorrier of .krona a,nd Ruggles ias interested in building a six <br />fast fence on a line Frith .his gaz*ag+e. He has not made forma]. ~applicatian <br />at this time. It suggested that Planning Commission members look at <br />his property :and consider the pahssibility of .a variance for his six <br />foot fence.
