GTe <br />requested a survey and it is now enclesed. <br />Also, originally, this war a variance request because of <br />insufficient side lot requirements abutting the R-i district and <br />also failure to allow five feet between the parking areas and the <br />lot line. It seems by the revised plans that this has been remedied <br />and he really has na need to request a variance. <br />4n March 10, 1965, the council will hold a public hearing as <br />required by our subdivision ordinance, and it will be ~ppr®ciated if <br />the Planning Commission can make a recvr°mendation before that time. <br />Wm.
