Feb. 27, 1965 <br />Planning Commissions <br />-The council wiDl act on the proposed. amendment to ordinance No, 64 <br />Bn March 10, 1965 As we have already discussed, this will a11ow <br />multiple family dwellings in the "B" districts on a conditional use <br />basis. <br />The builders, Clarence A. Z4owe and a I~r. Goeman, are submitting a <br />conditional use request and an application f`or a variance, subject to <br />the amendment of ordinance no. 64. This is being ~ delivered to the <br />Village C3ffice on Feb. 29, 1965, and Z have asked Tina to send it to <br />George Plant, as Z will be out of town next week. <br />Z would appreciate the Planning; Commission acting upon this combined <br />variance and conditional use request, subject to amendment or ordinance <br />no. 64. <br />4Jm.
