SIILLIVAN
Enclosed are several copies of the proposed ordinance
change amending sections 10 and 11 of ordinance No. 61-I-.
In reviewing the current zoning ordinance of the
Village, it has been called to my attention that we have no
provisions for R-3 apartments in either of the two business
districts.
I have discussed this with Mr. Howard Dulgran and
he agrees that this is an oversight and some provision should
be made for this as a conditional use.
The Council, at its meeting of February 10, 1965,
concluded this matter should be reviewed by the planning
commission for their recommendations.
At the present time, an application has come before
the Council for R-3 development in the B-1-A property formerly
owned by the Kilmer Nursery.
Mr. Black has reviewed this matter and will be
conferring with you.
MJG:mjm
cc: William Black
Clerk of the Village
Heights
Very truly yours,
~/~ ~~i~~tr-~,°v~
M.
