1 <br />.. ..J,. <br />~ _ ~, <br />Ordinance No. 71 amending Ordinance No. 64, entitled <br />"The Zoning Ordinance of Falcon Heights, related to <br />a comprehensive amendment and rezoning of the Village <br />amending Ordinance No. 8 originally passed by the <br />Village of Falcon Heights on October 21, 19+9." <br />The Village Council of Falcon Heights does hereby ordain <br />as follows: <br />Section I. <br />That said Ordinance No. 64 as entitled above is <br />hereby amended by striking therefrom Section 10.2 and <br />inserting in lieu thereof the following: <br />10.2 Conditional~Uses <br />Within any "B-1~-A" Limited Business and Pro- <br />cessing District, no structure or land shall be used <br />for the following uses except by conditional use per- <br />mit. <br />10.2 (1) ' <br />Hospitals, rest homes, sanatoriums for human <br />care. <br />10.2 (2) <br />Mortuaries <br />to . 2 (3 ) <br />Processing and limited fabrication of a product <br />in conjunction with any permitted use when such <br />products are wholly processed within a building and <br />such use is deemed appropriate and consistent with <br />the character of the district and environs.
