s
Falcon Heights Village Council
1644 1~1. Larpenteur Ave.
3t. Paul 13, Minnesota
Dear Sirs:.
Mr. & Mrs. Pierre Basquin
1?35 Simpson.
St. Paul 13, Minnesota
September 19, 1964
We, the undersigned, understand that application
is being made to allow a variance of the building code
on the lot 13, block 7 of address 1731 Simpson. The
variantee proposed would allow a roam to be built within
three feet of the southernmost boundary of our adjoining
lot at 1735 Simpson. Ike do not object to this variance
for the following reasons:
1. Twenty feet would still remain between the
proposed addition and our house.
2. The presence of our own garage and driveway
on the south side of our home makes it unlikely
that any addition would ever be built in that
direction.
3. Our house is situated such ghat any addition to
it would probably extend. west into the back yard.
4. In view of these considerations, we feel that the
proposed addition at 1731 Simpson would not
adversely affect the use orwalue of our property.
Yours truly,
~~~. ~-.=
