Y <br />September 11, 1964 <br />Dear Resident of the Village of Falcon Heights: <br />You are hereby notified that the Plan~iing Commission of the <br />Village of Falcon Heights will hold a public hearing at 8 p.m., <br />September 30, 1964, at the Village Hall, 1644 West Larpenteur Avenue, <br />to consider the application to re-zone the following described <br />property from R-1 to R-3 classification: <br />The North 53.51 feet of the South 353.51 <br />feet of Lot 5, Block 2, Lindig~s Addition <br />according to the plat on file and of record <br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds in and <br />for Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance <br />No. 64 of the Village of Falcon Heights. <br />Any proponent.. or opponent of the proposed re-zoning will be <br />given an opportunity to be heard at this meeting. <br />The recommendations of the Planning Commission will then be <br />referred to the Village Council for appropriate action .pursuant to the <br />Falcon Heights Zoning Ordinance. <br />Very truly yours, <br />W.
