HEADLEY <br />80BE8T O.SULLIVAN <br />Arthur Lindig Application <br />for Rezoning <br />Under separate cover the Clerk of the Village of <br />Falcon Heights will forward to you Mr. Art Lindig's <br />application for rezoning of certain property in the <br />Village of Falcon Heights. <br />This application for rezoning is made under the <br />provisions of Ordinance No. 6~-, Section 16.6. <br />Since the application for amendment of the existing <br />zoning ordinance was supported by petition containing <br />the signatures of 50 per cent of the property owners <br />abutting the land affected the Council was under the <br />obligation to refer the same to the Planning Commission. <br />Under the provisions of Paragraph. 16.6, Subd. 5, <br />the Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing af- <br />fording an opportunity for all parties interested to be <br />heard and shall give not less then ten days nor more than <br />thirty days notice of the time and place of such hearing. <br />It is necessary that the publication be in the Village <br />legal .newspaper which. is the Ramsey County Suburban Life. <br />There are certain legal requirements of the notice <br />and I will be happy to prepare such a notice after you have <br />
